Vendor applications
will be reviewed for approval upon receipt on a first
come, first paid basis. Early bird rates are effective
until the postmark deadline of (TO BE ANNOUNCED). Absolutely
no exceptions!!! Past participation in the AAHF
does not guarantee approval of your application for
this year's event.
Once you have submitted
the required documents, the AAHF Vending Committee will
review your information and contact you with notification
of your acceptance to this year's festival. Upon approval,
and depending on your level of participation, additional
information will be required to complete the processing
of your application.
